We use ISI-marked BWP/BWR top grade plywood, HDHMR (high-density high-moisture resistant) board for moisture-prone areas. All boards are termite-treated. Finishes include high-pressure laminate, acrylic, PU paint. Hardware is sourced from Hettich, Ebco, Coburn and Blum.
Do you serve areas outside central Kolkata?+
Yes. We deliver and install across Kolkata (Salt Lake, New Town, Rajarhat, Behala, Ballygunge, Park Street, Jadavpur, Garia, Tollygunge), Howrah, Krishnanagar (our HQ), Nadia and most parts of West Bengal. Through our authorised Jharkhand dealer network, we also serve Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Hazaribagh and Deoghar.
How long does the manufacturing and installation take?+
From order confirmation: 5–7 days for design finalization and material approval, 18–25 days for factory manufacturing, and 3–5 days for on-site installation. Total: roughly 30–45 working days from booking to handover.
Do you provide warranty on modular kitchens?+
Yes. Introlink offers a 10-year (120-month) warranty on the full modular kitchen — covering manufacturing defects, delamination and termite damage. Any defective hardware or accessories replaced under warranty are retained by the company.
